This year's event will be held in the Georgia Aquarium's fabulous Oceans Ballroom where breathtaking views provide the backdrop.
Our meal will be catered by Wolfgang Puck Catering who has been the proud partner and exclusive caterer for Georgia Aquarium since its opening in 2005.
Our delicious meal will start with a Wild Rocket Salad with crispy prosciutto, farmer's market fruit, fennel, burrata and extra virgin olive oil accompanied by assorted Wolfgang Puck breads and sliced butter.
The main course will consist of a pan roasted chicken, truffle jus, goat cheese potato puree and season sauteed vegetables.
The vegetarian option is a quinoa and potato cake with tomato fondue and sauteed spinach.
Our fabulous dessert will be a chocolate mascarpone cake with espresso mouse, shaved white chocolate, macerated berries.
During dinner we will have Columbia Crest "Two Vine" Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon served as well.
